What is your refund policy?
We want you to be pleased with your Poppy’s Naturally Clean products, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase on www.poppysnaturallyclean.com – for whatever reasons – we will gladly exchange the item(s) or refund your money. Simply return the item(s) to us within 30 DAYS and we will promptly reship your order or provide you with a refund. Please be specific as to which option you prefer. *If you have used more than half of the contents of the product, or the item shows excessive wear and tear from use, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange at that point.
How do I request a refund?
To obtain a refund for products purchased on poppysnaturallyclean.com, please e-mail our Customer Service Department with your request for an exchange or refund within 30 DAYS of your original purchase, or to request a refund or exchange by phone, call (877) 676-7797 Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (PST).
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel you order, please contact our Customer Service Department at (877) 676-7797 Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (PST). This needs to be done before 11:00 am (PST) on the day you placed your order. We will make every effort to cancel your order provided that it has not entered the shipping process.
When will I receive the credit?
If your are returning products, a refund credit will be calculated and a credit will be applied to your credit card within 2 business days upon receipt of the returned products.
What are your customer service hours?
